NDTSoulz is an independent elderly advocate and oversight agency dedicated to protecting seniors living in nursing facilities. Founded by Nicole D. Thomas, a former Parole Officer and Dallas Police Officer with a decade of experience as a Texas certified Guardian, NDTSoulz was born out of a recognized need for an extra layer of protection for the elderly.
We are committed to ensuring that every elderly individual receives proper care, dignity, and attention, especially those who are incapacitated, vulnerable, or without consistent family support. We act as the “big brother” for the elderly—watching, documenting, and advocating on their behalf.
